Mandarake ZENBU No.134 - Special Feature Heisei Sentai Heroes

In line with the featured sentai heroes, the collection of autographed items primarily showcases the signatures of actors, including now-famous actors. A wide variety of other autographed items are also featured. From perennially popular artists such as Osamu Tezuka, Fujiko Fujio, Shotaro Ishinomori, Leiji Matsumoto, Tetsuya Chiba, and Shigeru Mizuki, to the immensely popular Akira Toriyama, as well as Masashi Kishimoto, Kazuo Umezu, and Monkey Punch, among others. Female artists include Moto Hagio and Keiko Takemiya, while anime-related artists include Haruhiko Mikimoto and Yoshikazu Yasuhiko. There's also a strong selection of adult artists. A special feature focuses on "Signed Books," showcasing a collection of meticulously drawn books with numerous illustrations.

●ZOIDS Special Feature
We have prepared a Special Feature on "Mecha Biological Zoids," the earliest series of "Zoids," also known as "Old Zoids." Many of you reading this magazine may have seen the exhibits at "Great ZOIDS Expo 2023," which was held in 2023 to commemorate the 40th anniversary. In this Special Feature, we have gathered everything from the "standard" items that were on display at the venue to various peripheral item that were not there. We will now guide you into the fascinating Zoids zone.

● Zone Fighter Special Feature
Aired in 1973, "Zone Fighter" was a giant superhero Tokusatsu program produced by Toho, the Godzilla production company, in collaboration with Mannensha, and featured a unique storyline. However, it was unfortunately discontinued after only 26 episodes due to being overshadowed by strong rival programs in terms of viewership and commercial success. Nevertheless, its unique worldview and characters have maintained a strong fan base from then until now, and the work is being re-evaluated. This time, we are showcasing a wide range of "Zone Fighter"Related Works .
