About composer Yuzo Koshiro
He has been active at the forefront of game music since the 1980s, and while at Nihon Falcom, he worked on masterpieces such as "Ys" and "Sorcerian".
After going independent, he has received high praise both in Japan and overseas for his wide range of works in genres such as "Bare Knuckle", "Actraiser", "Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune", and "Etrian Odyssey". In particular, the "Maximum Tune" series has gained popularity for its fast-paced club sound, and is the most played song on Spotify of all of his own songs. He currently heads Ancient Co., Ltd. and is also in charge of the music for the completely new "Earthion" game that runs on the actual Mega Drive. He continues to evolve by fusing retro game music with modern sensibilities.
