My order was shipped and packed with ample packing materials to make sure the figures were undamaged in transit.

figure and packaging was amazing, but the only reason this gets a 4 star instead of 5, is because i put it on my shelf, and accidentally hit the shelf a couple times, and the sword broke off. I had to super glue it back on so it wouldnt happen again. if they made the sword into the hand, rather than inbetween 2 fingers, then it would be amazing and would not be so fragile from such small impacts. besides that its completely perfect with me

Reinhard Figure arrived a day late with no other issues. His charming and cute appearance makes an excellent addition to my shelf. I keep him close to my bed so I can look at him as I drift off to sleep. Would purchase again.
