Playing the lead role of Akira Minato is Takuya Kusakawa, a member of the hugely popular dance and vocal unit Bullet Train, who has also appeared in numerous dramas and films as an actor, and this marks his first leading role in a drama! Furthermore, the role of Shintaro Katsuki will be played by the up-and-coming actor Takumi Nishigaki! You're sure to feel warm and fuzzy watching the interactions between the two, and your heart will be racing non-stop!

The original work is the manga of the same name by Sawa Kanzume (manga) and Yuzu Tsubaki (original story), which has sold a cumulative total of 400,000 copies (including digital copies)!
The popular web manga series currently running on the free web manga site "Gene Pixiv" has been adapted into a drama, having won numerous awards since its serialization began, including 10th place in the "Web Manga General Election 2020", 2nd place in the "Chilchil BL Award 2021 BEST Cover Design Category", and 1st place in the "Pixiv Comic Ranking" Relaxed BL Category & 3rd place in the Overall Category!

A sweet opening video full of everyday life and a slightly melancholic ending video with the beach as the backdrop!
The opening song "Gyutto!" features footage that looks like the two characters took pictures of each other with their smartphones, and it changes slightly in each episode! Furthermore, illustrations by Sawa Kanzume also appear on both sides of the screen! The ending song "Sakujitsu" concludes with bittersweet lyrics, and the feelings of the two characters walking on the beach, which seem so close yet so far, are expressed through the lyrics and visuals!

[Story]
Akira Minato (Takuya Kusakawa) inherited the old coin laundry "Minato Shoji," which doesn't even have air conditioning, from his grandfather. Minato, a man in his late twenties who ruined his health working for a black company in the city, returned to his hometown and was running the shop that was loved by the community at a leisurely pace.
One day, Shintaro Katsuki (Takumi Nishigaki), a handsome high school boy, comes in as a customer. The two become close despite their age difference as they spend time together. But then, by chance, Shintaro finds out that Minato is gay! What will become of the love between these two who are attracted to each other despite their age and gender...? A pure, slightly hot summer love story!
